The latest episode of RuPaul’s Drag Race Allstars 8 was a design challenge where the contestants had to create a look from scratch inspired by former Allstars winners’ styles. Lala Ri, who had been struggling during her original season and is infamous for her glued on bags look, found this challenge particularly difficult. Meanwhile, Alexis Michelle won the challenge and received high praise from the judges for her gorgeous look.
Unfortunately, Lala Ri ended up in the bottom alongside Kandy Muse. This was quite surprising since Lala Ri had won the previous challenge. However, in a twist of fate, Lala Ri had chosen to save Alexis Michelle the week before. Alexis had promised to repay the favor and look out for Lala Ri if she ever found herself in the bottom. But when the time came, Alexis shockingly eliminated Lala Ri, leaving her upset and disappointed.
The final four contestants are Jimbo, Jessica Wild, Kandy Muse, and Alexis Michelle. While Lala Ri may not have been a front-runner to win the season, she was certainly entertaining and had a great sense of humor. Her elimination was a shock to many fans of the show.
Alexis Michelle is sorry about the whole situation
Alexis Michelle later tweeted that it was a difficult decision for her and that she would play the cards differently if she had the chance. However, as the saying goes, “it is what it is.” The Allstars rules can be unpredictable and even the strongest contestants can find themselves in the bottom.
Overall, Lala Ri’s elimination was a sad moment for fans of the show. But we can’t wait to see what the final four have in store for us in the coming episodes.
