Worst Snatch Game Ever

Oh wow! What even was that? Have you seen this week’s RuPaul’s Drag Race Episode 10? It really was a rough spot.

We are used to laughing and being entertained in Snatch Game. However this week was an all time low for the iconic maxi challenge. It’s so hard to write something positive about it. Deja Skye as Lil Jon was the winner this week. However, I didn’t find her particularly funny. Yes, the mannerisms and catchphrases were on point, but I just didn’t laugh. It almost felt repetitive with the “Yea-yah” screaming… And mind you, I’m talking about the winner this week. The other performances were… I can’t even describe it.

Such a mess.

They collectively bombed this week. It’s the reason why there’s a lip-sync smackdown next week. However, I would gladly send two queens home this week, even without the lip-sync for your life. I won’t be focusing on a specific queen, because in my opinion, everybody was equally horrible. It just wasn’t on the same level as other Snatch Game performances from other seasons of Drag Race.

Angeria was Tammie Brown? Really? I didn’t get Tammie at all. Not even her quirky movements. Angeria did a bad job. And I’m used to her being on the top. Willow as Drew Barrymore was so boring… And that’s all. Just, boring. Daya Betty as Ozzy Osbourne was so weird… Jorgeous? What? Lady Camden as Shakespeare? It felt like a play in elementary school gone wrong.

I was actually looking forward to this week. Snatch Game is iconic, but this was just bad. Even the winner, Deja Skye was lackluster. But I guess she was still far better than the most of them.

At least they brought something to the runway.
